Before a single stone is moved, every cost is clearly defined. We manage your contracts, monitor budgets and track expenditure throughout the build — so there are no surprises at handover.
03 — Planning and Permit Management
We handle every building permission, heritage consent and regulatory approval required for your project — liaising directly with local authorities on your behalf and managing the timeline to keep your build on schedule.
04 — On-Site Project Management
Our English-speaking project manager is on site throughout construction — overseeing quality, coordinating trades, resolving issues before they become problems, and ensuring the design intent is executed exactly as specified.
05 — Progress Updates
Every week, you receive a clear written and visual update on your project — progress made, decisions required, issues resolved. You stay close to the build without needing to be there.
06 — Quality Control and Handover
As construction completes, we conduct a thorough quality review against the design specification before signing off. Your property is handed over complete, snagged and ready — whether you are arriving as an owner, welcoming guests, or both.
