We will create a short list based on your pre-agreed criteria
In-person or
virtual inspections —
We will inspect your favorite short listed properties making videos or, on a live video call so you can view them without having to travel. Alternatively we can host you in person, pre-organizing your in-person property visits to make the best use of your time including driving or accompanying you personally.
Negotiations —
Negotiations. Our experienced negotiators are fluent in Italian and will only be representing you to ensure you get the best price.
Once we’ve found your dream home we can guide you through the legal process to ensure a safe, secure purchase and a great investment.
Legal due diligence and
structural surveys —
Before you pay any deposit, we must ensure your desired property is structurally sound and legally compliantl. Our legal and architectural team will complete full inspections and surveys to ensure your purchase is safe.
Drafting and registration of
the preliminary contract —
We will assist in drafting the initial purchase contract under which you pay a deposit before moving to completion. We can add any specific requirements conditional to the sale at this point.
English-speaking legal and
financial team —
We will connect you with our trusted team of English speaking advisers including notaries, lawyers, mortgage brokers, accountants advising along the way to ensure a successful completion.
Renovation —
Even before purchase we can assist you in evaluating a renovation project with design ideas and building cost estimates to evaluate the property potential.
